It occurred that the government's Five Year Development Plan (REPELITA) started to have its momentum at the same time, which helped push construction businesses across the country. The soaring amount of developments, especially in the industrial and property area, had indirectly helped the growth of KENARI DJAJA. With the limited number of vendors who offer imported goods, KENARI DJAJA created a market share of its own.
Armed only with experience and simple philosophy, a house will definitely need doors and windows, and those doors
and windows will definitely need locks, KENARI DJAJA started to focus it's business to be the frontier in providing locks, windows and door equipments since the early 70's. This rather brave commitment turned out to be the foundation
that made it stood strong up to this day. It's growth was clearly done by always keeping up with the technology development in lock equipment industry and collaboration with several different parties in various big cities in Indonesia, gaining positions as sole agents and distributor in the area.
In 1973, KENARI DJAJA made a breakthrough by introducing Masterkey lock system, which is a locking system where a single key will open various doors without altering the function of each individual lock.
As a bonus for the good business relationship with its principal, in 1983, KENARI DJAJA gained sole distributorship to every product made by CISA, an Italian
lock maker.
By the end of 1970's, KENARI DJAJA started to market soundproof partition material, which was labeled KENARI PARTISI, which was also the first product that was selfmanufactured by KENARI DJAJA. As time goes by, improvements and developments were made to their products as well as augmenting customer service.
All the achievements are a reflection of its 40th year of journey, success of KENARI DJAJA which is the result of great willpower and continous innovation, however small it is. on top of that , collaboration and cooperation within its team cannot be overlooked, as well as the improvement of the human resources through various technical training programs and good management locally and internationally. |
